  • Payment processor: We use a third-party payment processor to handle Masterclass enrollment. This processor collects and processes your payment information, but we do not store this information on our servers.
  • Email service provider: We may use a third-party email service provider to send emails (both transactional and, if you consent, non-transactional). We have ensured that our hosting, email and payment providers have appropriate security measures in place to protect this data. The location of the servers in the US means your data may be subject to US laws, including the USA PATRIOT Act.

• Public display of Masterclass recordings: As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we may publicly display portions or complete recordings of Masterclasses. This may include your image, voice, and chat contributions if you participate with your camera/microphone on or use the chat feature.
